How will my goods be shipped?
Your order will be shipped within Germany with our logistics partners. So that you can start on your new HARO bike immediately, it will be delivered assembled in a special box. You only have to remove the protective packaging and transport locks, align the handlebars in riding position, screw on the pedals and off you go.

The shipping fee for end consumers is € 25.00 for all bikes.

The shipping within Germany for end consumers for parts and accessories is € 5.95. In Germany we deliver free of charge to end consumers with an order value of € 79.00 or more.

The delivery charge within the EU for end consumers for parts and accessories is € 20.

The freight costs in the B2B business depend on the order volume and will be communicated with the order confirmation.

How do I return an item?
Within 14 days after the order date, end consumers can return undamaged and unused goods to us.

To do so, please use the form from our cancellation policy and send the goods back to us in the original packaging. Please do not return the goods to us freight collect.

If the goods are bicycles, we will arrange collection for you. The resulting costs for the return shipment, will be deducted from your credit note afterwards.

After receipt of the goods, we will credit you the purchase amount within 14 days.
