How will my goods be shipped?
Your order will be delivered within Germany with our logistics partners. So that you can start immediately on your new HARO bike, it will be adjusted and pre-assembled as far as possible. With a few simple steps it is then ready to ride and you can get started.

Shipping costs:

End user:

Bicycle national: 39,-€ per piece

Bicycle international: 89,- € per piece

Parts and Accessories national: 6,95 € (freight free from 99,-€)

Parts and Accessories international: 25,- €

B2B Partner:

Freight charges in B2B business are based on order volume and will be communicated upon order confirmation.

How do I return an item?
Within 14 days after the order date, end consumers can return undamaged and unused goods to us.

To do so, please use the form from our cancellation policy and send the goods back to us in the original packaging. Please do not return the goods to us freight collect.

If the goods are bicycles, we will arrange collection for you. The resulting costs for the return shipment, will be deducted from your credit note afterwards.

After receipt of the goods, we will credit you the purchase amount within 14 days.
